Terms & Conditions for The Non-Needy Planner Networking Method (NNPN) Course

By purchasing and accessing The Non-Needy Planner Networking Method ("NNPN," "the Course"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. Digital Product & License of Use
NNPN is a digital course that includes video lessons, templates, and downloadable resources. By purchasing, you receive a single, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal or business use only.

❌ You may NOT share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify the course content in any way. Unauthorized distribution will result in legal action.

2. Payment & Enrollment
* The full course price is $497, with an early bird discount of $197 available for a limited time.
* Payment is due in full at checkout, unless a payment plan is offered.
* All transactions are final except as covered by the refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy & Eligibility
We stand behind the effectiveness of NNPN, but to qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

✅ You must complete 100% of the course.

✅ You must implement the strategies and show proof of action. This includes:
* Researching and categorizing planners as instructed.
* Reaching out to planners using the exact email/DM templates provided.
* Documenting your outreach and any responses in your Dream Planner Portfolio.

✅ You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund:
1. Email hello@leidyandjosh.com with the subject: “NNPN Refund Request”.
2. Attach proof of completion and implementation (screenshots of completed modules, planner outreach documentation, and planner responses if received).
3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

❌ You do not complete the full course.

❌ You do not provide proof that you applied the course methods.

❌ You simply changed your mind or decided not to use the course.

4. Access & Course Delivery
* You will receive immediate access to the course upon purchase.
* All course materials are delivered digitally through our online platform.
* You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (internet access, a functioning email address, etc.) to access the course.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
* All content in NNPN, including videos, text, templates, and resources, is intellectual property owned by Leidy & Josh Photography, LLC.
* You may not reproduce, share, or redistribute any course materials without written permission.
* Legal action will be taken against individuals or entities that violate copyright protections.

6. Disclaimer
NNPN provides proven strategies for networking with planners and securing referrals. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as a certain number of bookings or planner relationships. Your success depends on your own effort, execution, and market conditions.
By purchasing NNPN, you acknowledge that:
* The strategies taught require consistent action and relationship-building.
* Results will vary based on your implementation, branding, and market positioning.
* We are not liable for any business outcomes, financial earnings, or lack thereof.

7. Community Guidelines (If Accessing Private Group)
If NNPN includes access to a private Facebook group or community, you agree to:
* Engage respectfully with other members.
* Not solicit or sell to other participants.
* Follow group rules and administrator guidelines.
Failure to follow community rules may result in removal from the group without a refund.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Enchanted Photography, S-corp DBA The Fourniers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of NNPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
