Elevate & Celebrate Workshop - Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Elevate & Celebrate Workshop ("Workshop"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Workshop Registration & Payment

1.1. Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined in Section 4.
1.3. The Workshop price covers attendance, instruction, and designated workshop materials but does not include travel, accommodation, or meals unless explicitly stated.

2. Workshop Details & Participation

2.1. The Workshop will take place in April 2025 at [TBD location]. The exact venue details will be provided closer to the event date.
2.2. The Workshop schedule, instructors, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. We recommend booking refundable travel arrangements in case of unexpected changes.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

3.1. All workshop materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of The Fourniers and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
3.2. Attendees may use images taken during the Workshop for portfolio-building and promotional purposes but must credit the Workshop as the source when applicable.
3.3. The Fourniers reserve the right to photograph and/or record the Workshop and use such media for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. All payments are final and non-refundable due to the limited nature of workshop spots.
4.2. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual with prior approval from the Workshop organizers.
4.3. In the event that The Fourniers cancel or reschedule the Workshop, you will be given the option to transfer your registration to a future date or receive a full refund.
4.4. The Fourniers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

5.1. By attending the Workshop, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. You agree to release and hold harmless The Fourniers, its instructors, affiliates, and venue partners from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Workshop.
5.3. You are responsible for your personal belongings, and The Fourniers assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. The Workshop is a professional and collaborative learning environment. Attendees are expected to treat all participants, instructors, and vendors with respect.
6.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow Workshop guidelines may result in dismissal without a refund.
6.3. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and policies during the Workshop.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Fourniers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or government actions.
7.2. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, The Fourniers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Workshop or provide alternative solutions where possible.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Michigan.
